• MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS: Allows the app to adjust audio output settings for optimal playback of binaural beats.
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK: Required by Android for apps that play audio in the background. This allows audio to continue playing when the app is in the background or screen is off.
• WAKE_LOCK: Prevents the device from sleeping during audio playback to ensure continuous playback.

These permissions are used solely for the stated purposes and are not used to collect any data.

Third-Party Services

Binaural Beats uses Google Play Billing for in-app purchases (premium features and optional donations). All transactions are processed by Google Play and we do not collect or store any payment information. The app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app functions completely offline for all core features and only communicates with Google Play servers for purchase verification.
